If you wish for your child to attend Al-Hijrah School from Reception in 2016/2017, applications can be made online at www.birmingham.gov.uk/schooladmissions. The Local Authority Preference form and the Al-Hijrah form MUST be completed. The Al-Hijrah form should be returned to the school office by the deadline stated and the LA form should be returned to the LA.
If your child is transferring from another school or starting mid-year, you will need to complete the in-year application form and return it to the school office.
The school holds it’s own waiting lists and if there are no places available in a particular year group, your child will be added to the waiting list.
Please be aware that your child can go down as well as up the list as new applications come in. Priority is given to children who have siblings in the school.
